Why would this software be free?

This product is new. We have been using it ourselves (and we love it), but we need to get others using it to get the feedback we need to evolve it fast. Oh, and we need case studies from happy delighted users for it to fulfil its potential... We think it has the potential to revolutionise your business and it has some lovely, innovative features you will not have seen before.
While it is feature-rich, in many ways it is still early days which means we will be evolving fast - with feedback from you and selected users like you.
You see, we are not designing this software to suit everybody. We are designing it to suit small teams of up to 25 users for businesses with:
• Sophisticated or complex products
• Longish sales cycles
• Valuable, long-term customer relationships
• Multiple decision makers 9
• Reputations built on great support and service.
The core code is a very robust and tested website focused CMS (Content Management System) first authored in 2000 – running on rugged SQL databases, hosted on bullet-proof servers in top-quality hosting environments. Much of this product is new and the front end is all REACT (the same technology as Facebook).
This means it will be great, but it won’t be perfect - yet. We want to collaborate with you to help us make it the best it can be, for businesses like yours.
In return we won’t charge you for using it for 12 months. Fair enough?

Q1 - Website Onboarding & Upgrade

Subject to a satisfactory audit (we don’t find anything very tricky or bespoke in your existing website), we transfer your website and blog onto our platform – we'll price match whatever hosting deal you are on, so there will be no added expense. We’ll review your website and find up to six key improvements we can make while we do it (we could do a complete re-design if you felt that was appropriate, but we’d have to charge you for that). During Q1 we will also prepare for the next stage of your journey by preparing the way for your CRM implementation. This will involve a fact-finding workshop with key members of your team. By the end of Q1 your improved website will be live, and we’ll move on to implementing your CRM.

Q2 - CRM & Sales Implementation

We’ll now add the CRM system, configure it to best suit your business and provide the reports and dashboards you need. We’ll import your customer and prospect data from all third party software (we can’t do this if it’s not in great shape – you need to make sure it’s formatted consistently!) and train your team to use it, get results from it and love it!

Whilst there are your standard options such as email auto responders there is much more that automation tools can be used for. We have an array of automations that can be implemented for your sales and business processes This will relieve extra admin time, reduce human error, and help minimise wasted sales team resource. Reducing the manual overhead on tasks allocated to (in some instances) already overstretched teams In addition, we will also have our specialised automations that we will have determined from you sales process and investigatory CRM workshop.
The Marketing Automation software can:
